Safe Internet Deactivation Guide

If the games on pikibi.com are not loading or stuck on a blank screen, the "Safe Internet" profile might be active on your connection. You need to deactivate this profile to play the games seamlessly.

  • Türk Telekom (Mobile & Home) Text GUVENLI IPTAL to 2500 or disable it via the Online İşlemler app.
  • Turkcell & Superonline Text GUVENLI IPTAL to 2500 or disable it via the Turkcell app.
  • Vodafone (Mobile & Home) Text GUVENLI IPTAL to 2500 or disable it via the Vodafone Yanımda app.
  • TurkNet Log in to the Online Portal (OİM) and deactivate it under My Profile > Safe Internet.
  • Türksat Kablonet Call customer service at 0850 804 44 44 or deactivate via the Online Operations portal.
💡 💡 Important Note: After deactivating, you may need to restart your modem or toggle your phone's internet off and on for the changes to take effect.
